- These fees are paid directly to Nemo Guest Ranch.
- We have block reserved all but one cabin for this event. Contact campground and mention SCA for reservations.
- Cabin reservations must be in by 2 weeks prior to event.
- A 33% deposit is required at time of cabin reservation.
- All Cabin Rental and Payments must be made directly with Nemo Guest Ranch.
Pet Fees
- $8.00 for the entire event if camping
- $8.00/Night in a cabin
- Site requires all pets to be leashed at all times and cannot be left unattended in cabins.
The Inn at the Shadowed Gate
- Schattentor is renting a cabin (possibly two depending on demand) outright, and will be renting out these rooms on a bed-by-bed basis. Please contact the autocrat directly: orlaithballach(a)yahoo(dot)com for information. Beds are renting for approximately $130 for the weekend.
Miscellaneous
Alcohol
Site is descreetly wet with one area restricted to no outside alcohol (this is close to the restaurant, which sells some alcohol).
Fire
Above-ground fire pits which have been commercially made will be allowed in camping areas providing there are no fire restrictions in place at time of event. there are also in-ground fire pits available for use depending on fire restrictions at that time.
Friday Night Meat and Greet
Yes you read that correctly! there will be meat on Friday evening. For a $5.00 donation we are serving hamburgers, brats and hotdogs. Bring a side dish to share.
